Matron Manager
Permanent, term-time plus
Circa £35,000 per annum

If you have excellent people-management skills and experience, together with the drive and determination to provide excellent care and support, then this could be the role for you.
Your role will involve managing a team of up to 30 House Matrons, working across the School’s boarding houses to provide expert care, welfare and guidance to our pupils.
The boarding houses are central to life at the School and you will play a key role reviewing and developing processes across the houses, ensuring the relevant service standards are met.
