Our client's School and College is situated in the heart of Brighton and has educated and cared for Deaf children for over 75 years.  Our client is a special residential through school for learners from 5 to 19 years of age with significant expertise in meeting an identified primary need of Deafness (Mild, Moderate, Severe or Profound).
 
They have an opportunity for a Child Care Officer (NVQ3) to join the care team in ensuring that learners are safe at all times and the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.  You will have experience of working with young people who can exhibit behaviour that challenges and have experience of building and maintaining positive and successful relationships with young people based on mutual respect.
