They are seeking to appoint a plumber to work within the Estates Department.  Your responsibilities will include undertaking bathroom refurbishments and general plumbing maintenance on a wide range of domestic and commercial building's heating and water systems across the College site.
 
Qualifications and experience:
·City & Guilds Plumbing qualification or equivalent.
·Minimum 2 years' practical experience, post qualification.
·Design and delivery of bathroom refurbishments e.g. tiling and sanitary ware installation.
·General Plumbing maintenance and repairs.
·Undertaking general plumbing installations.
·Assisting in larger heating system installations under guidance and supervision of team members.
