Applications are invited from teaching or non-teaching staff to join the pastoral team as residential Cover Housemistress. The successful candidate will join the pastoral team and will be responsible for the pastoral care and welfare of pupils aged between 11-18 years old.
The Cover Housemistress will provide support on a rota basis to the Housemistresses and their deputies and will be the first point of call for emergency cover arrangements.
 
The nature of the role requires the successful candidate will have a flexible and calm nature with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, pupils and parents.
 
Our client is a girls' boarding school with a strong sense of community. Their pupils consistently achieve excellent results in public examinations and across the co-curriculum.
