Our client is a friendly and ambitious international boarding school for highly-motivated students aged 16-19. The school offers the IB Diploma alongside A-level on a campus close to the centre of Oxford. their goal is to provide students with an excellent education and prepare them well for university and beyond.
 
They are seeking an enthusiastic Administration and Visa Compliance Manager play a key role in overseeing the school's administrative operations while ensuring full compliance with student visa regulations and immigration requirements. This role is crucial in supporting the school's staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring smooth operational processes across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visa compliance, as well as experience managing administrative functions in a school environment.
 
·Salary: Competitive
·Full-time: 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday (occasional evening / weekend to support with school events)

·Holiday: 25 days plus Bank Holidays

·Lunches provided during the working day, during the academic year
·Responsible to: Deputy Head of School. The Admissions Director will, from time to time, line manage discrete aspects of the role
