Grounds Person - Elstree, Herts
Salary: up to circa £23,484 per annum, 40 days holidays plus benefits
 
Our client are two independent schools, both based on one campus.  They are seeking to appoint an additional resource to their strong Grounds team.  The schools have a large range of high-class sports facilities including cricket, rugby, football, lacrosse, tennis and Astro pitches. The Grounds team prides itself on providing the highest standard and quality of workmanship. They are seeking a proactive individual who is keen to take on this opportunity and develop in all areas of grounds maintenance. 
 
Candidates should have a working knowledge of natural and synthetic sports surfaces and the ability to operate a variety of grounds equipment. Applicants should be enthusiastic, willing to work outdoors in all weathers and be able to work unsupervised.  This is a full time role, 40 hours per week, excluding breaks, Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm, with occasional work at weekends.
