Our client is a family of independent schools in South East London.  They are seeking to appoint a passionate and committed Grounds Person who is looking for a new opportunity that provides plenty of variety and challenge. The role will be split across two sites - Blackheath (3 days per week) and Eltham (two days per week).
 
The school's Grounds Person contributes to the upkeep of the school with a primary focus on the sports field, lawns, shrubbery, paths, and borders across the site. In addition, duties may include setting up events, and escorting contractors. The successful candidate will possess previous experience of working in a similar role and will have a general knowledge of grounds maintenance.
 
Although not required, previous experience working within the education sector would be advantageous.
