They are seeking to employ a Maintenance Operative, who will support the Estates Department in the maintenance and repair of College buildings and infrastructure in a challenging and busy environment.  This role that would suit an organised and efficient team player who has previously worked in building maintenance or construction and who has experience in groundworks and building fabric inspection and maintenance.
 
They are also seeking to appoint a Painter & Decorator to work within the Estates Department.  Your responsibilities will include undertaking general painting and decorating work on domestic and non-domestic buildings, internal and external, across the College's diverse estate. The College estate portfolio comprises over 30 non-domestic and 100 units of domestic accommodation, which are a mixture of new, historic and listed buildings.
