Set in 90 acres of Suffolk parkland, our client is one of the country's oldest and most beautiful preparatory schools. Since 1862, it has provided children with a rigorous curriculum and unparalleled co-curricular opportunities, all underpinned by an outstanding system of pastoral care. A co-educational school for children aged 2 to 13, OBH serves a boarding and day community that go on attend some of the most aspirational senior schools in the UK, many having achieved scholarships. Regular destinations include Eton, Radley, Benenden, Oundle, Uppingham and Rugby, as well schools in East Anglia.
 
They are looking to appoint a talented and committed individual to the role of Marketing Officer. The successful candidate will be expected to have a leading role in marketing the school, taking responsibility for all external marketing, to include social media channels and other forms of printed and digital advertisement. The school has enjoyed considerable success in recent years and the successful candidate would be crucial in sharing these stories with parents, alumni, and prospective families.
 
Working Hours
Monday - Friday in term time: 08:00 - 13:00 (25 hours per week)
In addition: 4 staff training days + 8 weeks out of term time, as per the above hours
 
Salary
Gross salary: £33,540
Prorated salary: £18,910
 
Start date: Monday 2nd September
