Our client is an Academy secondary school in Horfield, Bristol.  They are seeking to recruit a School Nurse and the successful candidate will provide immediate, lifesaving, medical care and assess if and when necessary to call for further medical help. The School Nurse will oversee the medical provision within school and ensure the appropriate level of supervision.
 
This post is for five days per week, 9.15am - 4.15pm Monday to Friday, 32.5 hours per week (inclusive of 30 minute unpaid lunch break) term time only plus 5 Inset days, plus 5 additional days to work at our Summer School - the dates vary slightly each year but usually the first week of the summer holidays.
 
Salary will be paid at point 10 to point 12, full time equivalent is £25,545 - £26,421 per annum - actual salary for 32.5 hours per week will be £19,794 up to £20,473 per annum (pending pay award).
