Temp HR Manager - South East / Hybrid
Interim contract for July / Aug

Based at leading independent schools, our client runs Nike Sports Camps in the UK. Their Summer camps work on a weekly basis during July through to mid-August. Their mission is to deliver unforgettable experiences to young people through the power of sport and education and each summer they welcome thousands of children from 90 countries onto their sport and language residential courses. They aim to encourage and challenge young people to grow their skills, friendship groups, English language fluency and self-confidence, both on and off the field of play, while having the time of their lives.
They are seeking an experienced and qualified HR Manager, preferably from an educational setting, to be retained during the Summer holidays. Working on a hybrid / on-call basis, you will work alongside the People Operations, Camp Directors and Senior Leadership Team. Although it is anticipated that the duties will be light, the successful candidate will be available to lend support as well as reviewing and providing advice and guidance on HR policy and process, as needed.
