What You'll Be Doing:
 
Supporting daily routines like cooking, shopping and cleaning
Encouraging independence and confidence
Joining in on activities like gym sessions, nature walks, and trips
Helping tenants manage emotions with kindness and guidance
Being a trusted companion and advocate for people who need you
 
Important to Know: You'll need a full driving licence and access to transport due to their semi-rural location. You may be asked to drive tenants in either your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed) or a Motability car.
 
No Experience? No Problem!  They're looking for empathy, resilience, and a positive attitude. You bring the heart- they'll bring the training.
